Leading Belgian ensemble les ballets C de la B comes to the Theatre Royal as part of a major European festival tour. In Ashes, its latest work, the company of eight dancers and acrobats explores the constant duality of our lives – the challenges of holding on to something and the art and difficulty of letting go. The piece’s multi-layered score, performed live, is inspired by a series of sublime vocal arias and duets by Georg Frederic Handel.
